device is powerfull and easily controllable only encoders doesnt have so precision and if you want to control with ucontroller thru serial port resolution of speed control is not so precision also you may set speed with only 6bit resolution for both direction because of that if you plan to control with some dsp or dsc try to find better motor driver for this unit but if it is enought motor drivers also perfect and i satisfied whith brand because of that i have ordered different motor drivers from same company (dimension engineering)
