Integrate the VEXplorer VB-1 Motors into your robot's drive train and climb where you could not go before. The VB-1 Motor comes with optional clutch assemblies. This clutch mounts on top of the VB-1 Motor, protecting the Motor from any sudden "shock loads". The VEXplorer Motor is designed to mount in any Vex structural component, and contains mounting hardware in two different lengths. The VB-1 Motor is compatible with the Vex-RC (VEXplorer) Receiver. It can also be used with the Vex Microcontroller, but requires a separate PWM based motor speed controller.
