This is a very popular motor for Antweight robots. Some of the top robots out there use this motor for drive. Very high power, light weight and very efficient, this incredible little motor is one great value, and at under 1 ounce each!

The built-on 60:1 gearhead provides a great amount of torque to the wheels. We recommend using our Foam Tires with this motor, as they provide good shock absorption for the small gearhead. Pre-wired with about 4" long leads.

OK motors, use silver sparks instead

I recommend a 33:1 silver spark instead.(also sold on this website) The 60:1 copals are too sluggish for the antweight robots in my region, and the shaft is too short to mount snap hubs.

    All the best !

I used this motor for an RC project. It has plenty of torque for such a small motor and draws very little current. I did find with bigger wheels, this motor will stall under load. Using the recommended wheels, it would probably be ok.

I've used these motors on a few different bots, always with great results. They provide a good speed and power mix. They work perfectly with the 3mm bore hubs and 1-1/2" lite flite foam wheels. Just keep in mind that they are not built for a very large bot and you should have good success.

    never a problem

I've been using the same pair of 60:1 copals in my 3 lber for years and never had any problem. just 2 wheels drive in a spin bot.
