A great, safe way to remove small pinion gears from 1mm to 5mm shafts. Simply position the puller over the gear, and turn the knob, your gear will slowly and powerfully be pulled off the shaft with no damage to gear, motor or shaft.

Never hammer or use a pliers to pull a pinion gear!

Easy to use and very reliable.

I bought this to do a repair on an expensive linear actuator. It worked great and saved me 10X its cost if I would have had to scrap the actuator. Of course its not a production tool, but for occasional repairs and hobby work, this little gear puller is great!

Not suitable for 5mm shaft diameter, especially if the pulley has a flange. Also the body of the tool appears to be machined from brass, and not up to the task of 5mm shafts. I broke mine right away, but it would probably work fine for 3mm shafts or less.

    Great Tool

Works extremely well to remove pressed-on wheel hubs from car models. Recommended.

Does what it says on the box. It is sturdy and easy to use. I tend to hold the lower plate in a vice, to stop it sliding off-centre.
