The Victor 885 replaces the Thor 883.  Improvements in FET technology and switching technology allow the Victor 885 to handle 120A continuous.  The high current capacity, low voltage drop, and peak surge capacity make the Victor 885 ideal for drive motors.

This unit is compatible with standard R/C equipment using the PWM Signal Driver

Control Signal Standard R/C Type PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) single-channel
    12V Fan Operating Voltage 6V to 16V
    24V Fan Operating Voltage 16V to 30V
    Maximum Current 120A continuous
    Surge Current 200A for < 2 second
    300A for < 1 second
Power Connector Type 6-32 Screw Terminals (Maximum Screw Torque - 5 in*lbs)
Signal Connector Type Use a standard non-shrouded PWM cable (3 wires)

Forget robots. I got one of these to drive a golf cart motor to spin 2 people weighing 350 pounds on a 150 pound metal platform. Spun people over 5G's at 65 RPM! Google "Centrifury" and you will see what just one of these little motor controllers can do. It's unreal.

    So pleased

It made perfect sense to me to spend a few more coins and get the 883's big brother. We drove them to 2nd place at Motorama 2012.

Was running a NPC-T74 motor at 24 V This motor controller was totally abused and it kept running! The size is tiny! The price is cheep for what it dose compared to others This plus the Victor 883 I was running is going to make me an IFI fan for LIFE

I bought this controller for my crusher robot, to control a Dewalt motor. The current stats are amazing and yes it can handle what I want it to which is great. I only gave 4 stars because I found the calibration system hard to get right, might just be me not sure anyway when it was sorted 10/10!!!!
